Prophetic and Spiritual Artwork

Below you will find artwork that has been created mostly during worship at churches. The artwork I create is from God. Sometimes God gives me a vision early so I can sketch out the image before service and sometimes God doesn't give me a vision until I start to paint. I constantly pray and ask God about the direction he wants to go. Sometimes I don't understand completely the message. Revelations from other observers help me to understand my own artwork. I hope you enjoy the works and it helps you with your own spiritual journey.

Shelter from the Storm

I created this piece on March 5th, 2015. I painted this during a worship event called Epiphany at The Castle in Yakima WA. Before the event, I prayed constantly trying to get a vision from the lord. The rain was pouring down and the music was amazing. I started by painting the stormy sky and then I saw an Eagle. I was wondering if I would have the ability to create what God was showing me. But the paint was flowing and it was an amazing time to be creating. The beautiful child of God under the wing of the eagle is praying to be protected. But she is also crowned. And afterward. I was told that the painting looked like Psalms 91, this chapter I actually had not read. After leaving and reading the chapter I am in full agreement. This is a great piece to show how he will shelter us from the storm. I’m very thankful for the inspiration. Praise Jesus! Amen!

The Door

I created this piece on Feb 21, 2016 at Dad’s House, a local church in Yakima, WA. This particular Sunday I was asked by the Lead Pastor Shawn Niles if I could do an art piece during worship. I was asked early in the week to do this, so I was thinking of what to do through out the week. I had a thought of painting an eagle feather writing on a heart tablet, but the night before Sunday, I had the thought of a door. A door that Jesus keeps knocking on. No handle to grab ,nothing, its just as simple as calling on Jesus and things will begin to open in a whole new light. Here are a few bible references, John 10:9 “I am the door if anyone enters by me, he will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture.” Rev 3:20 Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline so be zealous and repent. Behold I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door I will come in and eat with him.

Breath of Life

I created this piece on Valentines Day (2/14/2016) at Dad’s House, a local church in Yakima, WA. This particular Sunday I asked the Lead Pastor about doing an art piece during worship. He said yes, so I grabbed my chalk pastels and came out. I already had this thought in my heart about the breath of life. There has been this song stuck in my head called “No Longer Slaves”. This song has a verse that says, “from a mothers womb you have chosen me”, this just speaks to my heart. That God had a plan and purpose for his children before they were even born. We also need to labor in the lord, I keep getting 9 months of labor and something great with birth out. And that all of creation is waiting for the children of God to step in relationship with our Father through Jesus Christ. The original was 18 x 24 inches and was created in 30 minutes.
